Horizont Evropa: biodiverzita, životní prostředí, potraviny a přírodní zdroje – plánované výzvy

V rámci programu Horizont Evropa, části Cluster 6: Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment bude otevřena výzva k předkládání návrhů mezinárodních projektů. Vyhlášení je plánováno na 28. 5. 22. 6. 2021, uzávěrka bude 1. 9. 6. 10. 2021.

Podpořeny budou projekty řešené mezinárodními konsorcii s podstatným zapojením uživatelů výsledků výzkumu (viz níže typy projektů). Obvyklá velikost konsorcií v této části programu bývá cca 6 až 45 subjektů (podle zaměření tématu).

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Výzkumníci, kteří se chtějí do některého z projektů této výzvy zapojit, mohou pro uchopení tématu výzvy, plánování projektu a přípravu žádosti využít konzultace se zástupci Evropské rozvojové agentury. Grantová schémata a způsob hodnocení

  • Research and Innovation actions (RIA): Interdisciplinární projekty zpravidla zahrnující aplikovaný výzkum. Financování 100%.
  • Innovation actions (IA): Interdisciplinární projekty zaměřené na přiblížení již existující inovace jejímu uplatnění v praxi. Financování 100% pro neziskové subjekty, 70% (není-li explicitně uvedeno jinak) pro ostatní.
  • Coordination and support action (CSA): Podpůrné aktivity, například organizace sítí a platforem. V rámci projektů nelze financovat přímo výzkumné aktivity. Financování 100%.

Projekty typu RIA a IA mohou řešit pouze mezinárodní konsorcia řízená koordinátorem. Minimální podmínkou je účast 3 subjektů ze 3 různých zemí EU nebo zemí asociovaných k programu Horizont Evropa, obecně se konsorcia nejčastěji skládají z 8-20 subjektů v závislosti na povaze tématu. Projekt CSA může teoreticky předkládat i jen jeden subjekt, v praxi i tyto projekty zpravidla řeší mezinárodní konsorcia (což vyplyne ze zadání tématu).
