B11, B13 and BB
Distance education at lecture rooms B11, B13 and BB (seminarium).
Basic webcam and 360-degree microphone with 2m range are installed.
Using the hardware
- Check if Jabra microphone and Genius webcam are plugged into the USB HUB. Check if the USB hub is connected to PC (white LED should be lit).
- One white LED should be lit on Jabra microphone to work properly. You have to long-press the "ON" button if no LED is lit. You have to press the "MUTE" button if circle of red LEDs is lit.
Software settings
Set up Microphone, speaker and video as usual in communication software. Choose these options:

Broadcasting the whiteboard
You have to use a thick black marker on the whiteboard for better readability. Readability will be better when no windows and other sources of light are in picture. Students will see standard picture, not the mirrored one.
