The Human Resources Division handles the employment law agenda (employment contracts and agreements held outside the employment contract) and the payroll agenda (including health insurance, social security and income taxes), medical examinations, recruitment, employee evaluations and social fund contributions.

In other terms, consultation will only be possible after a prior telephone agreement.
About the Payroll Department
The Payroll Department handles payroll processing, payment of sickness benefits, health insurance, social security and income tax.
About the Personnel Department
The Personnel Department handles the employment law agenda concerning changes, extension or termination of existing employment contracts, recruitment of new employees, processing and registration of agreements held outside the employment relationship.
We can advise on taking maternity or parental leave, requesting creative or unpaid leave, employees going abroad, issuing A1 forms, attendance, payroll recharges and social fund contributions to employees.
We also deal with the agenda of attestation and selection procedures for academic and scientific staff.
