In the event of an insurance claim, always contact the insurance company first. The travel insurance card is available here: YourPass.
The insured gives the insurance company the policy number from the card, reports an accident or an insured event. The insurance company's staff then communicates directly with the insured (recommends contracted facilities, doctors, etc.).
Travels of employees over 80 years of age must be announced to the insurance company in advance (of such travel, please, inform us in advance, Foreign Affairs Office will contact the insurance company).
