Scanner 3dMDface System
The facial scanner consists of six synchronized optical cameras. The 3dMD system allows easy configuration in the in the field. Additional benefits include cost-effective maintenance to maximazing the operating time and efficient system upgrades providing the flexibility for used workflows. The scanner is easy to use and reliable enough to capture a large number of subjects in any environment with accuracy, speed and reliability. It generates 3D polygonal surface with the x, y, z coordinate system in 7 seconds.
Vectra 3D Facial Scanner
The biggest advantage of the Vectra 3D Scanner is the use of stereofotogrammetry rather than laser scanning. Therefore it can be used in biomedicine or anthropology researchs where the harmful laser scanning is undesirable. The result of the scanning is 3D model of the face (or other body parts) with the corresponding textured photos, which can be further modified in the software programs. The facial scanner can be used to evaluate the development of the face and its age changes, the facial growth in cleft patients and the comparision to the healthy control individuals and many others.
Breuckmann smartSCAN Laser Scanner
The scanner features wo color CCD cameras with 1.4 MPix resolution. The system works based on structured light. The scanner includes a rotating table for placing scanned object up to 3 kg. Further edits of the scans can be done using the OPTOCAT SW program, which provides coordination of scanning, manipulation of rotating table, data alignment and their export.
Roland Picza 3D Laser Scanner LPX-1200 DS and LPX-250
Scanner is used to quickly generate 3D digital data. It includes Roland EZ Studio ™ software for high-resolution automatic scanning or Roland Dr. Software PICZA 3™ for full control of the scanning functions. The system automatically removes additional polygons and fills the incurred holes for perfect 3D models.
The MicroScribe G2X Contact Scanner
MicroScribe G2X digitizer is composed of graphite arms that are capable of recording values of the single point coordinates and based on that creating continuous curves of various shapes. Each joint contains digital optical sensor that eliminates ambient noises which ensures work in any environment.
Physical 3D Mega Capturor II Scanner
The scanner technology is based on the halogen lighting, so it can be used for save digitalization of people. This version of the scanner can capture over a million pixels per second with a resolution of 0.3 mm.
HP 3D Structured Light Scanner PRO S3 (formerly David SLS-3)
Surface scanner is based on the structured light. Its advantages are scanner mobility, speed of scanning, the possiblitiy of capturing the object´s texture and saving in 3 types of format (stl, obj, ply). The scanner is more suitable for static objects up to 50 cm of height. The HP 3D Scan Software Pro v5 is included.
Bioimpedance analysis uses an alternating electric current of very low intensity passing through biological structures. It is based on the specific electrical properties of tissues, body water and fat. The non-fat matter contains a high proportion of water and electrolytes, so it is an excellent conductor of electrical current. On the other hand adipose has an insulator properties. InBody 230 uses the frequencies of 5, 50, 250 and 500 kHz. The necessary input data for the analysis are age, sex and height of the person.
Morphome3cs - Custom Software Equipment
Morphome3cs have been developed in cooperation with the Laboratory of the 3D Imaging and Analytical Methods and the Computer Graphics Group, Department of Software and Computer Science Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University. The program includes algorithms for inserting landmarks for 2D photos, 3D surface scans and visualization and evaluation of data. Morphome3cs allows explorative and confirmative data analysis. Full model surface analysis is conducted using dentrended correspondence analysis (DCA), coherent point drift analysis (CPD-DCA), pair analysis or asymmetry analysis.

With Rhinoceeros we can create, edit, analyze, document, render, animate and translate curves, surfaces and solids, polygon networks, and more.
Rapidform allows editing of 3D scans in many fields, e.g. science and research, manufacturing, quality inspection, medicine, civil engineering and more. Editing of the scans includes removing of unnecessary parts, removing irregularities and filling holes resulting from poor scanning of some of the surfaces.
Avizo is a software that allows users to perform interactive visualization and computation of 3D data. Users manipulate data that can be connected and controlled by several parameters.
The system created by Audioscan is used to archive and transfer image informations. vPACS offers a complete set of features: archiving and managing DICOM files, external media backups, forwarding (DICOM data distribution according to predefined rules), allows measurement of distances, angles, etc., post-processing including multiplanar reconstructions, DICOM printing. A plug in feature for surface rendering is also built into the system.
