Users agree to use VMCF facilities and equipment solely for legitimate research purposes and in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment during and after use. Any malfunctions or damage must be told to staff immediately. Fees and Billing:

VMCF services may be subject to usage fees. Users are responsible for the timely payment of all fees in accordance with VMCF billing procedures. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access to VMCF services.

Any publications resulting from the use of tools within any facility should be acknowledged. If a particular member has provided significant help, expertise or generated additional data (including scripts, software, or numeric results), they should be acknowledged by name and their personal contribution to the study.
