Welcome Day for New International Degree Students 2023

You are cordially invited to the Welcome Day on 3 October 2023 at the Hybernská Campus. Its aim is to give new students the opportunity to meet freshmen from other faculties, to learn about student life in Prague, the functioning of the university and to experience a bit of Czech culture.

You made it! Welcome to Czechia, welcome to Prague, and welcome to Charles University! We would like to invite all of our newly accepted international degree students enlisted in Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degree programmes who begin their studies at Charles University in the academic year 2023/2024.

Maybe you already participated on a fresher's week at your faculty, maybe you missed it. Regardless, on October 3, we would like to give you a chance to:

  • network: meet your peers from other faculties and levels of studies

  • discover: find out about the quirks and features of student life in Prague

  • learn: get acquainted with our University as a whole

  • experience: gain some practical insight into the Czech culture
