Map portal provides access to maps based on geographic or metadata searching

System is based on metadata catalog GeoNetwork in connection with GeoServer for fast displaying maps in high quality.
- The portal provides access to 65,000 maps in 28,651 collections (as of October 4th, 2016).
An appearance of website
- Maps are available in the JPEG2000 format at a resolution of 300 DPI.
- Maps can be searched by geographic position on basic map.
Geographical searching
- The descriptive metadata can be searched according to keywords.
Searching by keywords
- Records can be also just browsed and view thumbnail and keywords.
- Portal is available in addition to Czech in other languages (English, Spanisch, German)
