Limited Operation of the Geographical Library
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the study rooms are closed with effect from today until further notice. From 19.10.2020 the Library will be opened only three days a week - Mon, Wed, Fri 9: 00 - 12:00.
From 19.10.2020, the Geographical Library will be open as follows:
Mo 9: 00-12: 00
We 9: 00-12: 00
Fri 9: 00-12: 00
The study room is closed from 14.10.2020 until further notice. Full-time study in the Library is not possible.
To enter the Library, you must wear a mask and disinfect your hands before entering.
Loans will be gradually extended as they are concluded. The extension will always be for the period of closing the library plus 14 days. The length of the loan can be verified by the reader in his account http://ckis.cuni.cz/
Books can be returned in person during the opening hours of the library, to the bibliobox, or by post. If you are interested in borrowing a book, please book the title via email knihgeog@natur.cuni.cz. The possibility of pre-booking books at http://ckis.cuni.cz is also introduced. We will prepare the books and the reader only comes to pick them up to minimize the reader's stay in the Library.
