LIFE 2014: Provisional timetable
LIFE (2014-2020)
The LIFE (the Financial Instrument for the Environment) Regulation, which was published on 20 December 2013, sets a budget for the next funding period, 2014–2020, of €3.4 billion in current prices. View the LIFE Regulation
The provisional timetable for the 2014 call is as follows: (Caution: this timetable is subject to possible changes, please check this page regularly):
Launch of call: 16 June 2014.
The call will cover "Traditional" projects, Preparatory projects, Integrated projects, Technical Assistance projects, Capacity Building projects.
Important note: "Traditional" projects are best-practice/demonstration/pilot/information projects (ie similar to LIFE+ Nature, Biodiversity, Environment and Information projects).
The priority topics for "traditional" projects in the Environment sub-programme have been set in the multi-annual work programme for 2014-2017, pages 8-24:http://ec.europa.eu/environment/life/about/index.htm#mawp
