Research Operations Assistant (ROA) / Trainee

Professional beginners and Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare, distribute, store and archive study files and support preparation of study-specific documents.
• Assist with technical preparation of audits and with organizing internal and external meetings / trainings as well as travel arrangements.
• Participate in project meetings and take minutes.
• Assist with keeping Q&A logs, maintain a working knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable ICH-GCP Guidelines, local regulatory requirements and PAREXEL WSOP and study specific procedure.
• Complete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g. timesheets, metrics, travel expense claims.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Life Science.
• Clear, effective and professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time sensitive tasks for multiple projects.
• Team player with a client focused approach to work.
• Proficient in English language.
