Requirements to register for 1st year of study – it is not possible to register if these requirements are not met
- graduates of universities other than CU in Prague must submit an officially certified copy of their diploma or nostrification (notarized, at municipal offices or post offices with the Czech POINT designation) – master’s graduates of Charles University do not need to document completion of their studies to register
- Czech ID card or passport
- registration form filled out in Acrobat Reader (how to open it?), printed and signed
- printed cover page (attendance sheet) for training on fire and health safety

Foreigners assigned Czech ID numbers must also bring a copy of the document showing the number they have been assigned.
Foreigners requiring a visa must present their residency permit.
If you so desire, it is also possible to download the confirmation of study, fill it out, print the required number of copies (we recommend 4 - 5) and bring this with you to registration. Then you will not need to fill out the confirmation by hand during registration.
