Academic writing course (entry level B2 and B2+)
Academic writing – one-semester course for students at the B2 and B2+ levels of English proficiency
The course takes place once a week and lasts 90 minutes.
The course focuses on improving students’ writing skills, with a special focus on scientific English. The aim of the course is to work with authentic scientific and popular science publications; more homework can be expected - writing shorter and longer texts, which are then analysed and discussed during the lesson, reading articles as a basis for discussion. Depending on the students' needs, work on improving presentation skills can also be included.
Together with Conversation Advanced, it is a component of the K7 course.
