  • Preparation and characterization of chicken yolk antibody against virulence factors of bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) and complex Burkholderia cepacia (BC)
  • Development and testing of mouse model mimicking conditions of cystic fibrosis (CF) lungs
  • Effect of antibody or glycomimetics on the bacterium (PA, BC) adherence on epithelial cells ex vivo
  • Interaction of fluorescently labeled bacterial lectins with epithelium glycoconjugates on tissue slices of lungs from CF and non-CF subjects
  • Development of stable mRNA encoding the chloride channel CFTR for cell transfection
