We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Department of Eye Biology, Institute of Molecular Genetics, BIOCEV, Vestec. Successful postdoctoral fellow applicant will study the role of Pax6 transcription factor during mouse eye development by ChIP-seq and RNA-seq in cell culture and animal model systems (Antosova et al., PLoS Genet. 2016 Dec 5;12(12); Klimova et al., Developmental Biology, 2015 Jun 1;402(1):48-60; Klimova and Kozmik, Development 2014 Mar;141(6):1292-302).

Eligible candidates should hold Ph.D. in molecular biology, cellular biology, developmental biology or biochemistry. We seek candidates with strong interest in experimental work. Previous experience with mice or embryonic stem cell culture is an advantage. The position is available from April 2017 initially for one year with possible extension for up to 4 years.
