September 15. and 16. 2016 there will be a WORKSHOP on the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, Viničná 7, Prague 2, lesson room B2 (anthropology lesson room).

The topic is "Multi-photon confocal microscopy and Super-resolution microscopy" presented by Dr. Yilmaz Niyaz from Zeiss company.

The preliminary program is:

Thursday September 15.:

09:30 - 10:30 – lesson about principles of multi-photon microscopy

10:30 - 10:45 – coffee break

10:45 - 12:00 – hands on LSM 880 multi-photon excitation

12:00 - 13:00 – lunch

13:00 - 16:30 – hands on LSM 880 multi-photon excitation

Friday September 16.:

09:30 - 10:30 – lesson about sample preparation for super-resolution microscopy

10:30 - 10:45 – coffee break

10:45 - 12:00 – hands on ELYRA:PS1

12:00 - 13:00 – lunch

13:00 - 16:00 – hands on ELYRA.PS1

The program can be adjusted yet. You are welcome to bring your own samples.

Registration for the hands on part will be open with second announcement on the beginning of  September.
