Dear all,
there is a new diagnostic laboratory with installed mass cytometric instrumentation (CyTOF 2) started at 2nd Medical Faculty - CLIP with the opening lecture on Monday, 9th at 15,45 in Motol, Plzenska 130/221, (so-called Zizala), Pelouch lecture hall: 50.0660492N, 14.3368597E; N 50°3.96295', E 14°20.21158'.
This technology allows for multiparametric cellular analysis (over 100/cell) based on antibodies tagged with isotopically pure rare earth elements. The responsible laboratory CLIP is open to project hosting and collaboration.
